Off The Richter – live and raw sound
Originally recorded at a live gig in Melbourne FL in 1992, Off the Richter is Liquid Image’s first CD release. The band decided to record the live event, and were pleasantly surprised at the raw sound they captured.
After a few weeks in the recording studio mixing and mastering the recordings, the Off the Richter master CD was born and was quickly pressed into a few thousand copies. The CD was distributed throughout several CD and album stores in Florida. School and college kids alike flocked the stores in search of the new Florida punk sound. Multiple pressings were ordered as Kay Records managed the production and distribution.
